Privacy policy

Shackit 3D Showroom ("the app") is provided by Strategy Fox International Private Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app collects when a Shopify merchant installs it and how that data is used.

Information we collect

• Store information: your shop domain and the access token Shopify issues to the app, used to call the Shopify Admin API on your behalf.
• Staff session details that Shopify provides during sign in (name, email, locale), used only to run the app session.
• Showroom data you create: showroom names, the chosen environment, product references and their 3D positions.
• Product data read from Shopify (titles, handles, images, 3D models, prices) to display products in the editor. It is read live from Shopify and not copied into our database except for the product references saved in your showrooms.
• Anonymous showroom statistics: daily totals of showroom opens, product views, add to cart clicks, wishlist saves and AR views for each showroom and product. These are counts only. No personal data, cookies, IP addresses or other identifiers of your shoppers are stored.

Information we do not collect

The app does not collect, store or process personal information about your customers. The storefront showroom runs inside your theme; carts and orders are handled entirely by Shopify. Showroom statistics are sent through your store's app proxy as anonymous counts and cannot be linked to a shopper.

How we use information

Only to provide the app's features: editing showrooms, publishing them to your theme, showing them to shoppers and showing you how your showrooms perform.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data. Data is processed by our hosting providers (Vercel for the app server and Supabase for the database and 3D environment files) solely to run the app.

Retention and deletion

When you uninstall the app, Shopify removes the app's metafields from your store and we permanently delete all showroom data, sessions and statistics straight away, so a reinstall starts fresh. If anything could not be deleted at that moment, it is deleted when Shopify sends the shop data erasure request 48 hours after uninstall. Deleting a showroom also deletes its statistics.
